Refund & Replacement Policy

Refund

No refunds will be issued after purchase completion if the exam is activated or scheduled, access credentials are issued, a course seat is reserved, the course has started or any session is attended, or if payment is made via electronic payment or installment platforms. Refunds may be exceptionally considered only in case of service cancellation by the company or major technical failure. Approved refunds are processed according to the electronic payment or installment service provider’s policy using the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Replacement

Replacements are allowed only for exam rescheduling (one time) or replacing a course with another of equal value, provided the request is submitted at least 48 hours in advance, exam access is not activated, and no sessions are attended. No cash refunds apply, and any processing is subject to the electronic payment or installment service provider’s policy.

Policy Acceptance

By completing a purchase, the customer fully and explicitly agrees to this policy without exception.
